This year I’m proud to be serving as your President. I hope my project will inspire you all to help our environment and our country. My project, for those of you who don’t know what it is, is to raise money to donate to the nature preserve at Patoka Lake. The money will go toward the eagle, C52, a bald eagle with a genetic wing disorder. I invite you all to “ Fly High with I.S.C.A.R.” this year and would like to see you at some of our fun state board meedings and state conference.
